U3A CHESS CLUB

The U3A Vall del Pop Chess Club meet every 2 weeks on a Tuesday between 1400hrs and 1600hrs. We meet in members homes and our meeting places are  always in the Jalon Valley. The level of play is wide ranging i.e. from absolute beginners to excellent, most of us are somewhere in between. We just enjoy playing this fascinating game of strategy and we have lots of fun. Our membership is now around 10, but we would welcome a few new members. Whatever your standard of play you will be most welcome to join us and if you are an absolute beginner we have the 'means' to show you how.                                                                          We are now preparing for and looking forward to the new season which starts in September.
