The magic of the pack. Dogs NEVER walk. The moment they leave the den {our home} they HUNT. Dogs only walk in Walt Disney movies. Our dogs live in a human and very artificial environment. But they have to exercize, to run, to jump, to sniff and to explore, Otherwise they get physically and mentally ill. For that reason we walk with our dogs. It is good for them AND good for us. Dog always hunt in a PACK. If you walk with your dog {s}he thinks {s}he is hunting in a pack, even if the pack has only two members. It is our task TO BE IN CHARGE of the pack. If we are not in charge of the pack the dog will automatically take over. Instead of understanding what happens we will then call our pet A BAD DOG. This is a common mistake. Coming to the Sunday morning walks in Jalón offers you the possibility to learn how to walk like a pack leader. In our group all dogs walk off leash. It is the closest they will ever get to natural canine behaviour. Joining the dog walking group means overcoming our fears and our anxious state of mind.
