'Mary Poppins Returns' stars Emily Blunt as the practically-perfect nanny with unique magical skills who can turn any task into an unforgettable, fantastic adventure. Her friend Jack (played by Lin-Manuel Miranda), is an optimistic street lamplighter who helps bring light—and life—to the streets of Depression-era London. The Banks children from the earlier film are now grown up with Ben Whishaw as Michael Banks and Emily Mortimer as Jane Banks. Other stars in the cast include Julie Walters as the Banks' housekeeper, with Colin Firth as their bank manager and Meryl Streep is Mary's eccentric cousin, Topsy. Angela Lansbury appears as the Balloon Lady, another treasured character from the books of PL Travers. Finally you must see Dick Van Dyke playing the retired chairman of the bank, with a fantastic dance routine when he was age 91 (at time of filming).
