Vall del Pop Singers Support Orba Charity Shop

Vall del Pop Singers support Jalon Valley Help with the opening of their new shop in Orba.

Rush, rush, rush. The official opening time was getting closer and the final touches needed to be sorted.

The VDP Singers opened up the celebrations with a number of songs before Elaine Horton said a few words, thanking all the people who had been actively involved in getting the shop ready…. certainly not an easy task. It was obvious by the number of people waiting to see inside, that the opening was going to be a great success. The Alcaldi said that he hoped that this would be the start of working much closer together just like the JVH motto. Sarah Jane Morris, from the British Consulate then cut the ribbon before the blessing was given.

By closing time everyone was exhausted, but with a feeling of exhilaration. Congratulations on a job well done.
