Keep Fit Halloween Class
Regular exercise is good for your mind, mood and memory. No matter your age or current physical condition, joining a Keep Fit group is an enjoyable way of being active.
Our U3A organises weekly classes at 11.00 am on Mondays at the Multiusos Building in Alcalali [next to restaurant Solana] where Jacintha Hoogewerf will be ready to set you on the road to improved fitness. Energizing chair exercises are a part of her keep fit programme.
Last Monday, 29th October, the group had a special Halloween keep fit class, with healthy vegetable and fruit snacks, with a Halloween theme. Feel free to go along and join in, at least give it a try you may enjoy it and make new friends, all you need to take is a little towel and a small bottle of water.
