Ballroom Dancing is not only fun but insanely good for you.

No matter what your level of fitness, ballroom dancing is a great way to exercise. You also meet new friends, improve your balance and coordination and generally enjoy a feeling of achievement. What a great activity!
This activity is totally without charge either for the accommodation or the teaching.Also for those who wish to practise more come on a Friday evening to chance to dance. Again totally without charge.
Tuition will be given at both sessions.
We welcome all levels and use our more experienced members to tutor us.
