No matter what your level of fitness, ballroom dancing is a great way to exercise. You also meet new friends, improve your balance and coordination and generally enjoy a feeling of achievement. What a great activity!
So come along to the sessions held every Tuesday at the MultiUsos Building in Alcalali. We start at 10.00 for practice and revision – the leaders will be on hand to help – and continue at 10:30 with social ballroom, latin and sequence until 12 noon.
We welcome all levels and use our more experienced members to tutor us.
